By accessing or using ComplyCam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ComplyCam provides an AI-powered compliance and inspection platform that allows users to capture photos, create checklists, perform inspections, track compliance, and generate reports.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the platform for illegal purposes, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass security measures, use automated tools to scrape data without permission, or interfere with the service for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos, inspection data, and content you create using ComplyCam. ComplyCam owns the platform, software, and brand. You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

ComplyCam provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data will be securely deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
